Bridal Booking & Service Policies

The following policies have been prepared to ensure that you are fully aware of what you can expect from us and what is expected of you when reserving our services. Here, you will find information about:


To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and $50.00 deposit are required. The deposit is deducted from the the client’s total balance and is non-refundable and non-transferable.


All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client. A travel fee ($60 per hour/per artist) will be applied for travel that exceeds the amount included with service (40 minutes round trip). The travel fee is based on travel time, not distance/mileage. Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes.


For bookings that require more than four hours of round trip travel, accommodations are requested in addition to the travel fee. This fee may be waived if agreed upon between the artist and client.


Foreseen and unforeseen parking, valet or toll fees will be added to the final bill and due on the day of the event.


The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and Venmo. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the signed agreement.


A $50 fee per artist will be charged for booked appointment times before 8 a.m.

A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays. If a scheduled person is 20 minutes late, the artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment/service.


Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Exceptions may be made for last-minute bookings and will be reflected in the client agreement/contract. Should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If makeup artist cancels at any time or unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.


Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
